I opened Evolution Pilates in 2003 and have been practicing Pilates since 1998. I am classically trained, Power Pilates Certified, Polestar Certified and NASM certified. I am a member of The Physical Mind Institute and Pilates Method Alliance, and am dedicated to maintaining a high standard of Pilates instruction in my studio. I am a proud ambassador for Lululemon Manhasset.
