Perfection! I used my heavy Corefirst Pilates band and omg 🔥 also added ankle weights for the standing section and side legs. Not necessary but I wanted to amp it up - busy mom of 3 and low on energy 🙋♀️ I needed a burn last night in a short amount of time and you delivered 🙌
Hi Silvia -- Natalia from the Pilates Anytime Team here!
Usually, the cue to "cinch" refers to the engagement and knitting together of the abdominals to create a tight core. The best analogy for this would be if someone was putting on a corset, and tightening the laces to cinch the waist.
In this case, Courtney is asking the practitioner to create that same feeling through the obliques as the body moves through the flow.
