Thank you Claire x
Lovely to hear a new accent! I loved the 'helixing' in all the different areas and also love the story my body tells me when I take this intentional awareness journey.

Thank you Claire! What a great class. Lots of useful information! I have a question about the articulated bridge. Is the idea of not engaging the glutes and hamstrings, to be able to gain more movement in the sacrum area? With articulated bridging I tend to focus on the hamstrings which help bring the pelvis into that posterior tilt. In this version are we not focusing on the hamstrings  either or simply just not clenching the glutes. Thank you!

Lisa A Hi there, I'm so glad you are enjoying the class. I also love this question and it's a really fine line when it comes to bridging and depends on the overall goal. Hamstrings and glutes are required for bridging, however, most people over recruit and under recruit their PF so but changing the cueing it helps to access PF. It is also a very subtle articulation, light and not a rolling feeling more like each vertebrae articulating with its neighbour. I hope this helps.
